Excellent Rubber Grip Olympic Plates!

Bought 2 ×25, 4 x 10, 2 x 5, and 2 x 2.5 lb. plates. All arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. They all seem to be of high quality and look quite nice. There were no defects that I can see in the rubber coating used to cover the iron core at this time. I weighed them on my bathroom scales and all are very close to the stated weights. They also fit quite nicely on my olympic barbell, neither too tight or too loose, but just right!

What more can I say, but that I would buy more in the future and will probably that. Very nice.

Rubber plare weights

The weight plates are very well made. I use them in an inside room that has a concrete floor covered by a thin outdoor carpet. No noise from the weights. I prefer weights with an inner steel ring that slides over the tricep bar. At some point I will add a set of 10 lb weights. You will not be disappointed with the plates. My wife likes that fact that they are noiseless. The rubber coating makes the plates feel cleaner.

Customer service was excellent. I changed my mind after booking the order. I then cancelled. CS reached out to me promptly and adjusted the order for the plates I wanted. It was a breeze. They are professional and calculated the difference right to the penny. That is how to operate a business.

Safe on Flooring

The Rubber Grip Olympic Plates offered by Northern Fitness are an excellent buy for home gym enthusiasts. They are easy on flooring, thinner than cast iron or bumper plates allowing you to load up the bar and provide a "quieter" lifting experience for those who train while other family members are sleeping. The price point on these plates is very reasonable and the quality is excellent. There is, initially, an odor with the plates but that soon dissipates. Highly recommended.
