Excellent functional strength tool

The Steel Macebells offered by Northern Fitness are excellent fuctional strength tools that also improves a user's cardio, muscular endurance and mobility. What is especially nice about these Macebells is that the knurling offers a good grip without ripping up your hands. With other Macebells, the knurling can be so "aggressive" your hands take a beating when performing the many rotational moves inherent in Macebell training. Excellent product. Highly recommended.

15 lb mace

Hi. This is my first purchase from your store. I own 7 other maces but didn’t have a 15 lb. The shipment came quickly . One of the boxes was pretty beat up on arrival. The powder coating on the head of the mace was sort of coming off. That’s not a big deal for me because I usually like to customize my maces.

It swings really well. The gnurling(grip) is really nice. The price was right too. I would recommend to my fellow mace swingers.
