Gymnastic Rings

I previously owned a set. I picked this set up as a Christmas gift for a nephew as he is slowly transitioning/evolving from strictly weightlifting to a more rounded fitness regime. My nephew was happy to receive them. ...And I don't believe there's a need to describe the health benefits this equipment provides, but even the simplest action of hanging from these helps open up your shoulders and assists in improving your posture. The flexibility of their portability and that you can set them up virtually anywhere make gym rings a great piece of fitness equipment. The only suggestion I would have with these is including a simple carrying bag with them. (I'm sure it's a question of the manufacturer you're using, but the set I obtained a few years back came with a little sling carry bag, and it motivates a person to want to bring their rings with them everywhere..!)

So exciting to start training with those. And easy to use.

They rings themselves are smooth and nice to hold not slippery even when my hands are a bit sweaty. My wife thought they were a bit big diameter wise she has smaller hands but has since said that’s not a problem. The straps lock well and are easy to adjust I’m 209lbs and have not had them move at all during a session.
