DESCRIPTION

The Altas M810 offers a complete strength training system in a compact footprint. This unit features a smith machine, functional trainer, half rack, leg press functionality, and more.

The M810 is a robust multifunctional machine ideal for increasing strength, improving athletic movements, and building muscle mass. It features a dual plate-loaded adjustable pulley system, a half rack with safety spotters, smith machine, landmine and a multi-grip pull-up bar to keep you challenged.

Functional Trainer

Functional Trainers allow you to have complete freedom of movement in any direction or plane while performing resistance exercises. You can mimic athletic movements such as a golf swing or isolate specific muscles with single joint movements.

Smith Machine

Smith Machines allow you to perform barbell exercises in a fixed vertical plane which makes the exercises easier and safer. Ideal for improving foundational barbell movements and building muscle with a lower risk of injury.

Half Rack

Featuring a set of adjustable safety spotters, built-in plate storage and a landmine attachment, you can take your barbell training to the next level with the AL-3058.

Working out became fun.

I wish instead of buying the bundle I had instead gotten the the larger weight stacks. 220lbs with the 2 to 1 pulley ratio is not heavy enough for lat pulldowns and seated rows. The jump in weight between plates is also a bit big so I am going to have a 5 pound plate of steel made that can be bent to sit on the top plate of the stack. That would be a great option for sale a magnetized weight that could be added onto the top of the stack to make smaller increments in weight. All in all though I am very happy with the M810 and look forward to getting up early to use it. Every day I seem to come up with a different way to use the cable system.

Great all in one piece of equipment.

I’ve been using the M810 Functional Smith machine for a few weeks now. It’s fantastic. The materials are high quality and it comes with a lot of attachments for most isolation exercises you’d want to do. Assembly was a challenge. The “explosion drawings” were quite small and required a bit of intuition at times to follow. After the fact, a rep from Northern Fitness (who were terrific to deal with, btw) sent me an instructional video that I would encourage others to ask for ahead of time. Overall, it’s an awesome piece of equipment.
