Quite comfortable!

I found the Ballistic Trainers quite comfortable, even for those with wider feet, like many East Asians. They’re great for everyday wear and mixed training at the gym. However, the lack of cushioning can lead to knee pain during longer runs (over 15 minutes) for outdoor or treadmill running. Still, they’re much more comfortable than Nike Metcons and work well for exercises like box jumps. I’d recommend them to others!

Great for everyday and working out

These have been my go to shoes lately. Had to sort of break them in the first day but after that, it has been very comfy. They give you a little more height because of the cushioning of the sole, which is nice for shorter people like myself. At times they do feel a little loose but i think its because its kind of wide and the sole has a thick cushion but overall, great shoe. I feel like i have an extra pep in my step.
