Well, the pros are , the bench is good and pretty solid.

The cons are,it is very narrow and the back end lifts but doesn't tip, when at least 50 lbs is put on the leg extension.

As for the attachments,we'll the preacher curl is good other than a little wobbly,but it's not like you're moving alot doing preacher curls anyway.

But the leg attachment is a little disappointing for hamstring curls, the strength curve is awkward but I guess you can't expect too much from just a bench attachment.Quad extension is fine,almost too low,but works.

All in all,on a scale of 1 to 10,I give it a 6,or 3 stars.

Great bench for light personal use

Ordering and picking up is always easy. Assembly however was an issue. One of the nuts is welded slightly off centre to the square metal tube and the bolt can't be threaded onto it. Once built it is very solid and works well for what I am using it for.

I love the bench - am using it every workout. Was just missing a bolt and the 2" tube doesn't seem to fit all my plates which is weird because all my plates fit my bar.

Almost perfect.

The only thing I wish it had were some wheels for moving it around a bit easier like some of the higher end benches. But given the price, this is great.
