The Rucker 4.0 is the gym on your back that revolutionized the fitness category of rucking (carrying weight on your back). These bags are purpose built for rucking with an elevated pocket designed for Ruck Plates, reinforced construction, extra padded straps and multiple handles to make it a versatile training tool. The Rucker® is the only rucksack you need to get stronger one rep and one mile at a time.

Lumbar padding supports the natural curve of your back
Hi-vis reflective stripe across the front for safety
Frame Sheet supports the integrity of the pack as you weigh it down and allows you to carry a heavier load more comfortably
Interior d-ring and hydration tube exit port under the top handle of the ruck
YKK zippers with silent, glove friendly zipper pulls constructed from parachute 550 cord
Opens flat so it's easy to pack and organize. Special Forces medical rucks share a similar design.
Ruck Plate® compatible
2 interior Velcro mesh pockets
Highly water resistant aka rainproof
Bottom grommet drain holes
Shoulder straps are extra padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably
Includes adjustable and removable Training Sternum Strap

Best bag i have ever owned!

This is by far the Best backpack/rucksack i have ever owned. Its built like a tank and sturdy but really confortable to wear. I got mine équiped with the hip belf and the réflective stripes. I am only rucking at 20 pounds but i am sure the bag will be as comfy with heavier plates! You can’t go wrong with Go Ruck! Totally worth its price tag!

Love my new Ruck Sack

I have been out with it every morning while walking my dogs for an hour and a half. Helps me add some Zone 2 cardio while walking my dogs so I don't have to do another workout after.
