Quite comfortable!

I found the Ballistic Trainers quite comfortable, even for those with wider feet, like many East Asians. They’re great for everyday wear and mixed training at the gym. However, the lack of cushioning can lead to knee pain during longer runs (over 15 minutes) for outdoor or treadmill running. Still, they’re much more comfortable than Nike Metcons and work well for exercises like box jumps. I’d recommend them to others!
