Great Plate

This is a LONG plate and it fits only in certain sized bags and carriers. Make sure you have the compatible Ruck or Carrier which can accommodate this. I got the Rucker 4.0 25Liter ruck and it fits perfectly. I can combine it with smaller plates for additional weight as well. Plates have handles so you can also do farmer carries with them.
