Great system and design but the colour is not as advertised - the white looks very very gray and they charge a restocking fee of 10-15% if the box is simply opened. For such a high priced item the return/exchange fees would be ridiculous plus its now on sale for a spring clearance but I cant even get a price match since I ordered it in January and waiting months for it to arrive. Won’t be shopping at northern fitness again.

Shipping was fast and trackable. They were delivered in good time. The adjustable weights themselves are great! They were easy to set up, and the mechanism of switching to different weights is so smooth. I really like them. I went for black handles an black weights. I have no complaints with the product or Northern Fitness and will likely order from them again.
