Elite Commercial Preacher Curl Bench

Giving 3 stars for a few reasons, all of them minor annoyances but contribute to overall impressions. The quality of the elbow pad is not good. Both the foam and vinyl. Using it only a few times, the foam has already permanently sunk in where my elbows go (doesn’t bounce back). The vinyl came quite loose and saggy out of the box and only gets worse as the foam wears down. The seat is wobbly. There is a twist knob to tighten the upright portion, but where the seat itself bolts on is loose at the neck (twist knob works fine to tighten, but this wobblyness is unrelated to what the knob tightens). The tripod legs do have a little wobble in them as well but it could be my basement floor isn’t 100% level so I’ll give them benefit of the doubt although I’ve been able to replicate this issue in 4 different places in my basement exactly the same each time. Lastly, the angle of the elbow pad is a little more steep than I’d want but that’s just personal preference. Overall still functional.

Overall good quality bench. The only complaint is the thickness of the arm rest. Could be a little better padded. Good value for the money otherwise

Well built, sturdy and durable. I’d purchased one Amazon but returned it after putting it together, just knew it wouldn’t last then saw this one on sale for only $100 more and it’s well worth the extra money.
