Solid Buy for Arms

Great aftermarket short pull bar with articulating hook.

Compared to what came with my functional trainer, this is a huge upgrade. Decent tactile knurling, solid feel with heft, and that articulating mid section makes my biceps and triceps workouts a refreshing change.

My bar came with a bit of oxidation that came off with WD40.
