The Force USA MyRack is the first customizable modular power rack that offers a monolift, lat pulldown seat with a knee holder and globe grip chin-up bar for improving grip strength.

With a MyRack, your training options are endless, with over 20 attachments, including chin-up bars, J-hooks, safeties, cable crossovers, and cable attachments for hundreds of configurations.

The Force USA MyRack Lat Pull Down/Row attachment adds solid and intense lat pull down, triceps pushdown, low row, and overhead cable workouts to your MyRack base unit.

Attachment takes up very little space at the back of the unit and allows for a multitude of exercises. We’ve also included standard and Olympic plate adapters so you can utilize 25mm and 50mm plates.
