The Deluxe squat stand pair may be used for squats or place a bench in between the stands and the users can use it for bench press. These stands can also be adjusted to suit the height of the users. After a workout, users may simply set aside the stands. This feature would work well if space is limited like home or garage gyms.

Good enough

Unboxing them the legs were still filled with a couple handfuls of sand blasting sand.

No real instructions just pictures. The bench press attachments seem incredibly unsafe and I have removed them. They are made of plastic and only lock on one side of the each stand instead of straight through. I just use the top part for squat and bench. Little disappointing.

Without weight on them they move around. Didn't know I would need sandbags.

Squat rack

I use it for bench press and incline press. Works well and it pretty sturdy. Was easy to assemble
