Good with one exception.

Good quality, well made, not as robust as expected. it's only 'tough' when the band is doubled. plus, this is not a 4' band... band length alone is almost 5' when unrolled. might that impact tension? still, it's a good band and I have learned how to get the most from it and have adapted it for my use. will keep working with it as it is strong enough for most of my needs.
