Power locks make it easy to train with multiple weights. It's very easy to quick change between different weight loads making for quick and efficient work outs.

Clickity Clackity time to get Jackedity

They make a little noise when you move them around but otherwise great. Exercises where you hold a single dumbbell with two hands can be awkward. (Overhead tricep extensions, pullovers etc.) Built to last and easy to adjust.
