 The PowerBlock Sport 24 Adjustable Dumbbells replace 8 pairs of dumbbells. These weights are extremely easy to use, with selector pins that let you change weights easily, similar to gym exercise machines. Weights range from 3-24 lbs. (1.36 - 10.8 kg) in 3 lbs increments. The handles have a padded handle for wrist protection. It's a great space saver; more compact and balanced than traditional dumbbells.

There is a small loose on the inside tubes weigth, i dont know if its normal or not. The selector clip in plastic appears fragile but i do assume it works fine and is durable. It look replacable if breaks so i guess its better than having an irreplacable parts. Other than that, looks pretty good.
