Solid Bench

Rating is based on a balance of functionality, practicality, and value.

Welding: 8.5/10

Materials: 9/10

Packaging: 4/10 (Parts may get damaged during transport due to lack of padding, but this is part of the value saved)

Customer Support: 8/10

There were minor scratches on a few parts and one of the metal pivot point components was bent. It didn't take me much effort to bend the warped part back, so it's not much of an issue there. The seat was damaged due to loose components in the box, and it took some time for customer support to respond, but everything was sorted out in the end. I will definitely purchase from Northern Fitness again. Thanks.

Bench part replacement

This is my favourite fitness equipment company. They have the best customer service and i really like all the equipment we have bought so far. We are enjoying it and will keep adding down the road.
