I bought a rack with a quality issue, and after a month, no one has helped resolve it. I will never shop at this store again. And they need 3-5 business day to reply your email very funny.

Great Rack, Ok Lat Row Attachment

Very happy with the quality of the rack. I bought this one specifically due to its size and it fits my place great. It came with more attachments than I realized. 5/5 on the rack. The Lat Row attachment is well made with the exception of the rollers that guide the weights up the rack. Unfortunately, they just don't work well and instead of rolling up the bar, seem to just guide it with a lot of friction.

Hi Cameron, thanks for the feedback! With the law row attachment the bar guide may require some lubrication to make the movement smoother. We usually recommend Jig-A-Loo as it's a silicone based lubricant. Hopefully this helps!

Industrial quality, very sturdy

Super happy with this product, only thing id mention is prepare to have some sort of grease or oil for the pulley system. Otherwise it was designed perfectly, easy to piece together, very thick high quality materials.
